To know if your upper waist is in proportion with the rest of your body, you will need to observe if your waist is in line with your elbows.


STYLE A LONG TORSO

If your waist is below your elbows: Wear curvy lines/garments with horizontal lines underneath your bust, like an empire line dress / horizontal lines on the waist / high-waisted bottoms. On the top, avoid long and straight garments / on the bottom, avoid wide pants with volume and pockets. Accessories: You can wear them all, even long scarves with a bit of volume.
